Every time that Sarah has been assigned to Mr. T's care, she gives him direct care as if to say 'you are going to get better or well while in my care'. While in her care, communication is 'firm & stern' and ongoing, informing him of her every move and/or treatment prior to and during. When Sarah says, 'Mr. T. open your eyes', she means for him to open his eyes and Mr. T responds to her. She is an absolute 'Power-House' of an RN...and is constantly on the move, non-stop with giving direct care to her patients assigned to her.

Sarah provides absolutely outstanding care and when she is our nurse - I look and listen. Last, but by no means least, she is meticulous in her care. We appreciate her and thank her for all the care she has shown us. She is Power House #1 in my opinion.

Over the last year, Sarah has more than exceeded our expectations. She really takes the time to listen to all the advice shared with her. She is a supportive team member who is always willing to help her co-workers or switch her assignment to accommodate her peers. Sarah has developed into a strong, confident and caring professional who is eager to learn every aspect of her job.
