I was blown away by how helpful, caring, and genuinely compassionate she was.
My dad was hospitalized on Tuesday night and was intubated after suffering respiratory failure. He’s still on the ventilator. It’s a scary time but the staff has been great answering my family’s questions and being overall just great. We really are thankful to have a kind and professional nurse taking care of my father. Sarah went out of her way to make my dad’s ICU stay better than I could have imagined. She was happy to share information, answer questions and go the distance to make what could have been an awful experience truly wonderful. In her care, I feel like my father is in not only in extremely capable hands but also in the care of a truly loving and passionate person. It was a pleasure having her as my dad’s nurse and on the chance that we are still in the Neuro ICU come Sunday, I hope she is assigned to my father. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything!

I came to visit my father in the cardiac ICU and was walking down the hall looking for the correct location as I had not been to the cardiac ICU before. I saw Sarah in the hall and I remembered her from when she previously helped my father in the Neuro ICU. I said hello and she immediately recognized me and asked how my dad was doing. She mentioned that she also went to check on him on her day off but he had been moved out of the Neuro ICU. I explained his current issues and she asked if she could direct me to the proper location. I told her that would be really helpful, but she took the time to walk me to the proper division and escorted me to the elevator. I was blown away by how helpful, caring, and genuinely compassionate she was. I sincerely appreciate all she has done for my family and think she deserves special recognition. Thank you, Sarah!!
