Recently, my husband and I went through a very difficult and life changing health experience. While we consider ourselves to be very capable and competent people, neither of us had clinical training and therefore, were quite fearful and realized we needed help. We reached out to HFM Home Care and were assigned the services of Sarah Kadow, RN. What a lucky blessing for us!

From her first visit, Sarah displayed warmth, caring, support and expertise. Those qualities were consistently shared at every visit. No matter what our concerns were, she addressed them with a rare combination of professionalism and kindness. She allayed our fears, educated us and offered constant support. In fact, one night when we had a significant issue arise, Sarah was able to guide us through it, which completely prevented a likely trip to the ER.

Sarah wasn't even the nurse on call, but had told us we could call her at any time. She was so true to her word and happily helped us. We are so grateful for Sarah's help during this tough period. We thank Sarah for all she did for us. She is a super smart nurse with a wealth of experience and a heart of genuine gold.
