Sarah holds her friends up and maintains her wonderful caring spirit no matter what is happening in her own life. She demonstrates strength every day. She was the first to notice that a patient needed emergent care and compressions during a med/surg clinical. She led the way in delivering rapid and appropriate care and continued on with her day, supporting her team despite her stressful experience in the code. Since I first met Sarah, she has put in 110% effort to balance nursing and her family while making time to care for and show compassion to her classmates. She and I have had meaningful discussions about patient interactions, and it's clear how passionate she is about helping her patients. She will be an amazing nurse.
