Scott is not only caring and compassionate but extremely knowledgeable. Scott was aware that I am a nurse and educated me on several things I learned in Nursing School and needed to be reminded of. Scott described in detail the dangers of smoking and explained the pathophysiology down to the cellular level. Many people have had the smoking cessation conversation with me, but his was absolutely fascinating. He also explained his own personal experience watching a loved one die due to cigarette smoking. Scott truly cares about his patients and takes plenty of time with them even when things are hectic. Please let Scott know that I have not smoked a cigarette since, and plan to never smoke again. I told him I would quit.
