Scott Hurley went out of his way to make my fiancé and me feel at ease on our visit. He was very helpful and took his time in explaining everything that was happening with my fiancé's medical treatment. He answered any and all of our questions. He was very professional, but at the same time very personable. When we left the hospital at 2AM, he walked to the pharmacy area to make sure we had been helped. Seeing that we were still waiting, he got someone to help us. As we were leaving, he found us again to tell us not to leave quite yet because the doctor had ordered an additional medication.
Scott went out of his way to not only help us but to speak with us when leaving his department, which speaks volumes of his character; he cares! He was extremely helpful, caring and friendly.
