A patient of Seth's had orders to transition to end-of-life care after the family decided it best due to the patient having a severe neuro injury and little to no quality of life. Seth reached out to the primary contact to notify them of the process and to let them know in advance so they had plenty of time to come be with their loved one as they transitioned, but when the primary contact said there would be no family able to be present, Seth assured her he would stay with the patient during the transition and keep him as comfortable as possible.

Seth not only followed through on his word, but he also made sure the patient had the chaplain there to do last rights since he noticed the patient had a catholic background. He provided comfort and care with dignity to this patient and ensured the patient was not ever alone. Even with Seth knowing the patient may or may not be able to comprehend what was going on due to his neuro injury, he still took the time to go the extra mile to advocate and be present with this patient until his last breath.
