Her care was so exemplary that she should be a role model for the other nurses to strive for.
Nomination #1: She is by far the best nurse who has ever cared for me. She was always professional and compassionate. She was warm and attentive to both myself and my family. I felt like she treated me as if I was her own mother. I felt like cared for by a dear friend. Her care was so exemplary that she should be a role model for the other nurses to strive for. She explained all treatments and procedures in an understandable way. She answered everyone’s questions thoroughly regardless of how meaningless some questions seemed. She kept us abreast of everything that was happening. I believe she embodies the true meaning of The DAISY Award.
Nomination #2: She is a professional, intelligent, polite nurse who goes out of her way to make sure patients are comfortable and not in pain.
Nomination #3: She is a very caring and compassionate person. Any questions we asked if she didn’t know or wasn’t sure, she asked. She explained everything in detail so you knew and understood what was going on. She is the best nurse I have ever met. She is definitely a fantastic asset to this facility and very lucky to have her.
Nomination #4: Where to start? When my husband was admitted to the hospital, he was in a coma, on life support. His nurse showed remarkable care and compassion to my husband and family.
