I want to recognize Shantell for her great personality and smile. She always had the biggest smile on her face when you walk into the hospital. She was always willing to help out with my father whenever she was his nurse throughout the night. Whatever we asked for she did with no hesitation or attitude. She treated my father just as well as he was hers. There were times when I went to visit my dad, I was afraid to leave him but when Shantell had him I knew he was in good hands. Shantell saw my family concerns and made sure that he would be well cared for. I can see her passion for nursing and the care of her patients. I truly commend her for always having a positive attitude. She is a great member of your team.
