Shara was incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive, which helped me feel comfortable and calm after my surgery. From the moment I arrived in my room from recovery, she went out of her way to ensure I felt reassured and supported. Her patience, kindness, and thoughtfulness made a challenging experience much easier to navigate.

Throughout my recovery, Shara was consistently attentive, addressing all my needs and helping me through the initial stages of rest and recuperation. I was fortunate to have her care for me over three days, during which she kept me well-informed about my care plan. Her dedication was evident, and I particularly appreciated observing her detailed and thorough hand-off reports to the oncoming nurses, which highlighted her professionalism and commitment to quality care.

In addition to her exceptional patient care, Shara is an asset to the nursing staff and a great support to students. She includes everyone in learning opportunities, patiently answers all questions, and provides a comforting and encouraging presence.
