The nomination reads:
“Sharon has done a tremendous job in updating UCC and staff. She has been largely responsible for helping UCC pass AAAHC & CMS surveys. In addition to policy updates, she has been instrumental in getting EHR for nurses going. For the first time in years, UCC staff is 99% ALCS & PALS certified. She is continually looking at training to help improve the staff’s skills and knowledge so that patient care is excellent.
