I just wanted to express to you the wonderful care that we received recently from Sharon Ezzell. My father-in-law was in the hospital for 2 weeks before he unfortunately passed away. Sharon showed him the utmost kindness as well as our family. She was quick to pick with him when he would pick and kid with her. My father-in-law was a kid at heart and liked to cut up. Sharon was compassionate but stern when needed. When my father-in-law was moved back up to ICU, she came up on her break to check on him. When she found out that he had passed, she came right in with the family and hugged us all. She could not believe it. Sharon even came to the visitation we had for him. That meant more to us that anyone will ever imagine. I truly applaud the nurses who work with patients every day.

I also work here at CMC-NorthEast and was very impressed with all nurses but especially with Sharon. She was truly an excellent example of what we strive to be here at CMC-NorthEast. Words cannot express the loss we feel without my father-in-law but we know he was taken care of by Sharon when she was there. Thank you again for such great nurses who don't always get the recognition they deserve.
