My niece and I stayed overnight with the patient, and Sharon took exceptional care of them. She was very attentive and caring and really showed her expertise as the patient's blood pressure fluctuated from very high (171/109) to very low. His body temperature decreased several times as well, and in both situations, she knew exactly what to do and also contacted the ICU doctor on duty (via phone). She also took the time to explain to me what was happening as I had many questions. Sharon is an exceptional nurse, and we were grateful she took care of our loved one.
