My mother was a patient in the Same Day Surgery unit, and Shelby went above and beyond with the care she gave my mother. We arrived at 6 am, and she greeted us with such a cheerful greeting. She made sure every question was answered and even explained what she was doing along the way to help ease my mother's anxiety. After surgery, the great care continued as she was proposing my mother be discharged. I want to nominate Shelby for this award because she truly loves and cares for her job.
