I was a private caregiver helping my client in the hospital. One day while staying with my client I rushed to the hall bathroom because I felt sick. I ended up vomiting in the hallway then went to the bathroom to clean myself up. Shelby saw me and helped. She offered mints for my upset stomach and they worked. She would come to the room announcing herself and talking to the patient. Shelby has high standards and I respect them. Shelby paying me the respect by making sure that I was alright was awesome. Even though I was not the patient, she went above and beyond.

Shelby was always kind and never acted as if she was too busy to help my husband. He never waited for pain medication or ice to be put in the machine for his leg. We have been in big hospitals and my husband has never been treated this well. Shelby is very professional but at the same time she never makes you feel like you are an inconvenience. Shelby always made sure my husband was comfortable.
