Shelley attended me from the moment I was admitted to Labor and Delivery, until I was transferred to Post Partum Recovery. She was very genuine when asking me questions, making me feel comfortable and safe.

When I was suddenly transferred to have a c-section it's because Shelley noticed that my baby couldn't withstand the stress of being in my womb, taking the initiative to quickly contact the team involved that they had to move on it now! Once my c-section was about to start. Shelley made sure that among all the chaos my cord banking kit was transferred and ready to go. It's because of her that I had no fear or doubt, and that everything was going to be o.k.

Shelley not only did everything in her power to follow our Birthing Plan, but she made sure that everyone involved on the team was also aware. Our wishes were respected and not once did anyone try to convince us of doing anything differently, thanks to her!
