Shelley is our site's Clinical Coordinator and she works tirelessly, without complaint in assisting both staff and patients. Shelley never has a negative word to say to or about anyone. Shelley has an endless wealth of knowledge and is always willing to stop what she is doing to teach you something new or to answer questions; for staff and for patients.
She is often here late into the evening returning calls to patients and following up with their needs. Her dedication to our department is hard to describe because it's difficult to find anything to compare it to. I personally have never worked with anyone as dedicated, loyal and compassionate as she is. I fully trust her abilities. She teaches and communicates in an easy to understand way.
Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty, and Dedication are what makes Shelley an integral and important team member at IU Health Arnett. She is making a difference to our team and to patients.
