Achievements: Ms. Goodman showcased extraordinary commitment by stepping outside her usual responsibilities on 4 East to assist with a new admission in CLC-B, who required a complex Wound Vac dressing change. Despite not being assigned to CLC-B, she took the initiative to ensure a smooth transition for the veteran under our care. What sets Ms. Goodman apart is her eagerness not only to perform the task but also to share her expertise. By educating a staff nurse on the correct use of supplies, she not only provided immediate assistance but also facilitated the continuity of high-quality wound care for the future.

By sharing knowledge and demonstrating mentorship, Ms. Goodman significantly impacted the quality of patient care.
