He identifies and explains each medicine. He fosters my communications, too. There was a med that I refused because it causes blurred vision; my primary had ordered it, and I advised her that it needed to be discontinued. 

Sherwin allowed me to use my knowledge about myself to protect myself. Thanks for LISTENING. 

We talked easily about other matters, and he explained the significance as well as the facts. This is what patients so need. We need to appreciate the practical significance of some medical facts, statistics, procedures, and precautions. Thanks for educating.

Sherwin also found the time to help me move to a new room and make sure the details were right while handling his other patients. He showed up when I needed him. Thank you for being responsive to nurse call buttons & observing of patient needs: solving the medical care and comfort needs when you are nearby. That’s the combination of the connection between “hospital” and “hospitality” medical skillfulness, kindness, compassion for patient comfort, and convenience. I see this beautiful attitude in so many staff here.
