Sheryl Freeman is a true, kind, gentle, genuine caring nurse. A rare diamond in a world run by computers and time being watched with strict demands, and yet Sherry manages to fit her workplace demands and be a nurse. She takes the time to get to know her patients. Offering kindness and compassion as well as a gentle touch at just the right time. Never too busy for you or always reminding me that my needs are just as important as the other patients. She made me feel comfortable to express myself safely and not be judged. She stayed late just to make sure all her patients were okay. She always anticipated my needs, especially with pain and never kept me waiting. Always smiling a beautiful person inside and out. She helped remind me of putting my pain ointment on at home or suggesting different things I could do to help me heal. Please realize and recognize her. Perhaps everyone can learn from her example.
