Nurse Shiara Jackson has been the best nurse, always giving 110% of herself during each visit I've had with her. I was in the other day for my PTNS treatment and explained to her that I was considering the Botox procedure we discussed but had been very afraid to move forward with it. Shiara took time out of her busy day to provide detailed information about it. By the time I left the room, I was convinced that the Botox procedure was not what I initially thought, and she calmed my spirits to the point that I decided to go ahead with it. I have never been in the presence of an angel in the form of a nurse. She was very professional, and I could tell she has extensive medical experience. Becoming a nurse was the best decision she has ever made in her life! I know that the other patients she has seen receive the same 110% service that I did.
