I was in a lot of pain and had no clue why I was feeling so bad, but from the 1st second, Silvia Aravz De Bazan immediately started to inform me of what I needed to do and helped me remain calm. Any question I asked she answered with complete confidence which made me feel safer and assured in her ability to care for me. She was not only my nurse, but she also comforted my mom who was with me and that really shows that she had compassion for a mother not knowing what was wrong with her daughter. Silvia did a wonderful job and she should be recognized for the excellent care she has given me.
