Ms. Smaher Al-Enazi, has worked at Security Forces Hospital for 5 years, she never received any warning letter or corrective action, all her direct supervisors appreciated her work and communication with the patient and her colleagues. 

She was promoted to PD Coordinator, after more than two years in this position, when asked what gives her the most fulfillment and joy in her job, her answer was: "Seeing our patients improve and having a normal lifestyle while they are on PD." 

Ms. Al-Enazi has a gentle and compassionate heart, dedicated to building strong and trustful relationships with her patients. 

She has the initiative to convey advocacy and provides positive approaches in supporting patients and families at any time, specifically after discharging the patient, to ensure the PD session is going smoothly without complications.

She uses her knowledge to write excellent discharge instructions, focusing on teaching and informing the patient while speaking in layman’s terms.

Uses teaching to help patients and other staff to gain understanding and knowledge.
