Wow! How professional and charming is Sona. Always there for me at every step of the way. She answered all my questions and made my stay as pleasant as humanly possible.

I am proud to support Sona as the winner of this month's DAISY Award. I have known her for close to nine years. I have seen Sona progress personally and professionally as an RN, and into a fine leader as Relief Charge Nurse in the Neuro Telemetry Unit. She has gained much clinical experience working in SICU, perioperative services and in telemetry neighborhood, and has become very good at what she does. Sona is very responsive to the patients she cares for and ensures their satisfaction. She has shown the kind of qualities that are required of an excellent nurse. Sona is professional, caring, compassionate and sensitive to the needs of her patients. She is also well respected by all the staff in NTU, STU and SICU.

Sona is one of the hardest working, yet very humble nurses I have met. She is a great role model for other employees. Always rounds on her patients.
