Sonia is a very compassionate and dedicated nurse. She took care of my grandmother and that is no easy task at age 112. She can be a handful and she’s hard of hearing. She will say whatever comes out like, “get outta here gal” or “you shut right up” etc. and seem serious, but she’s always been like that. She will refuse to do something and can be very stubborn. Sonia was very understanding and I truly felt that when she told Granny that she loved her she really showed love. No matter when we called she responded and gave good care. Granny would tell her ‘I just love you’, and as a family member & her caregiver I told Sonia that the people that she gives the hardest times to are the ones she loves most. I am a nurse and can tell who is dedicated and caring, that is Sonia.
