Nurse Sonia Estrada is very kind and compassionate with me. She is always attentive to my needs and well-being. She always gives encouragement that I will be well cared for. When giving me my medicine, she is always smiling, kind and attentive in case I need further help. Thanks, Sonia, for taking care of me and making me feel good while I was there in the hospital. I do not like to be in hospitals but a person like you made me feel at home; thanks for being an angel in these painful moments of my life.

Sonia is resourceful and a team player. She assists the nurses with any computer/tech issues and guides the newer nurses with their nursing skills (i.e. blood draws and IV starts). She just recently started as a relief charge nurse for the night shift, but it seems like she's been doing it for years! She is compassionate and caring towards her patients. She is a great patient advocate, making sure the patients' needs are met and that quality care is being provided. She always gives 100% every time she's at work. Sonia has been a great addition to the unit.
