I came to the ICU in the middle of the night after surgery. Soniya, RN cared for me. I was very scared and Soniya really did care about me and gave me full attention. Soniya was very kind and patient. She looked into all my issues and addressed them all. I trust her and she made me feel calm and pain-free. I am really touched at how she really does care about what happens to me. Soniya is very professional, pleasant, and explains everything to me in detail.

We came to the ICU very stressed out and had the good fortune of having Soniya care for my husband. I want to be sure that she is recognized for her dedication and her amazing bedside care. She was able to calm us and she spoke to us in such a caring and loving manner. Soniya exemplified all that is DAISY. She treated us like her own family and was so patient. Soniya took the time to explain all that was happening and she didn't mind repeating to us over and over when we had the same questions. Soniya was our calm voice of reason. We truly could not have gotten through this difficult time in the ICU without such a huge advocate.
