Stacey Chapman's commitment to making my husband feel less anxiety after his stroke was excellent. She helped us find a foster parent for our cat while my husband was in rehab. As we were here from Florida, we had no one to turn to for help and my husband was very upset that I couldn't stay in the Veteran's House with our pet. Stacey connected us to an organization called SOAR to find a foster parent for our pet while my husband received treatment. We are so grateful for her caring, respect, advocacy, and integrity. She recognized that this was an integral part of my husband's healing process. She went well beyond her nursing care duties.
