I'm a new grad nurse and I've had the privilege of precepting with Stacey over the last 6 months. Stacey has been an amazing mentor and I'm so grateful for the knowledge and experience she has shared with me over the last 6 months. She is an amazing nurse-always kind, compassionate, and caring and she takes such great care of her patients.
As a new grad nurse, learning to be a critical care nurse has been scary and overwhelming at times. Stacey has a way of always remaining calm even in very stressful situations which has helped me more than she knows at times when I've felt very anxious. She has helped to keep me calm in stressful situations which has also helped me to learn more and do a better job to help our critically ill patients when they really needed me. I know that I admire this trait in Stacey, and it is something I hope to acquire in time. Stacey has helped shape me into the nurse I am. I am so grateful for her and feel so lucky that I got to learn from her.
