In the last two years, unfortunately my family has been in and out of St. Vincent's. This time Stacy Jump was my mom's nurse the entire time during her recent stay. She was exceptional our entire stay. My mom suffered two strokes and this time heart failure. This was really hard on her. Her movement was a little limited and she needed a lot of help. Stacy always came with a smile and never missed a beat. My mom received some news which upset her and Stacy stayed with her and held her hand until she stopped crying and explained everything to calm her down. She came in every morning with a smile and she checked in every morning to say hello. She explained every procedure and medicine to me and my family in detail. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Hopefully we don't have to visit St. Vincent's again, but if we do I would love to have Stacy Jump. She is exceptional. She went above and beyond to make my mom's stay the best experience.
