Stephanie has been such a Godsend to our family. She has been so compassionate with our father and with us. She explains everything she is doing and more importantly, WHY she is doing it! She stops and drops everything to listen to us and take into account our concerns. One particular day I had a hard time seeing my dad. I was crying in his room. She came over to me and asked if she could give me a hug. I really felt she knew how badly I was hurting. She made a point to ask questions about my father's likes and dislikes; what kind of music he likes, any favorite TV programs, etc. Most importantly, she made us feel like our father is getting the best care possible during such a critical point in his life. There is a special place in our hearts for Stephanie Baumgartner.
