In the past two years, Stephanie has transitioned from TCU to ICU, serves as our safety coach, and is an active charge nurse for the unit. Stephanie also serves as a preceptor for students and new employees. She is currently pursuing Level 2 status through our nursing professional development program and is working on a process improvement project to help identify QT prolongation and at-risk patients. These extracurricular activities demonstrate her professionalism. She holds herself accountable for her actions and is an active participant in our organization. She embodies the fundamental skills necessary to be an RN and is an invaluable resource to others.
