Right away she had the best smile and the warmth that just came from her all over. She knew how to comfort and make you feel like we were staying with her as friends and not like a patient. Yes, that's how all the staff should treat their patients, like they are a part of your family. She was very honest with all of the many questions we asked her, no sugar coating, but not in a scary way. She has that warm affect that to me is the best in all of life's battles.
