Stephanie was the triage nurse who checked my 93-year-old mother into the ER on a recent Sunday evening. She later noticed my mom and I were still waiting for the next step in the process, so she took it upon herself to finish the triage process and kept on eye on the lab test results we were looking for. I would like to extend my gratitude and thanks to Stephanie. I came into the ER to be seen for my pelvic pain. It's my 2nd visit, and currently new to Roseville. While I was instructed to wait in the waiting room, I was lost in inquiring how far I needed to walk while suppressing my pain, being an 8/10. Stephanie not only noticed this but also took action with empathy and care and not only provided a wheelchair (I didn't know where to find one), but she also took the time to ensure that I was in the right place. I'm really grateful due to discovering the severity of my condition, walking would have been a daunting task.
