I was in ICU for five days, so I saw first hand Steph's qualifications. She was always taking the extra steps to make sure I was always clean, comfortable, had the food I wanted, gave my medications when the IU was to be changed (not in 5 or 10 min), but when the time I needed them. I was fighting a heart infection, so I was aware of certain precautions that should not be skipped and she NEVER did!
When shifts changed, she always introduced me to the oncoming RN. They were up to date as to my situation each time. Always, always when she walked into my room, there was a bright smile on her face.
My memory of Sequoia Hospital is very positive when I think of it, I think of Stephanie first. I am so so glad I came here. You have a wonderful facility.
