For the past several years, Nurse Suki has been there for me in every capacity I can think of. She has put my mind at ease when I have had medical questions referencing my treatment for several heart problems. She has always known just what to say to calm me down because I was scared of the operation I would be having. She has helped me straighten out my medical records even though it was not in her area of responsibility. Nurse Suki has always shown me respect and courtesy whenever I have contacted her. She resolves my problems in a timely and professional manner. Not once has she made me feel like I was interrupting her (when I was); (2) my question wasn't in her area (which half the time it wasn't); and (3) I didn't know what I was talking about.

Nurse Suki always follows up on her commitments. Her listening and communication skills have made working with her a pleasure. I'm 82 years old, and many times, I don't know how to explain my concerns, so her knowledge, can-do attitude, and patience are much appreciated.

Nurse Suki is knowledgeable and experienced in areas inside and outside of her current position. She is not ashamed to tell me she doesn't know the answer but will find out and get it resolved. I wanted you to know how lucky you are to have Nurse Suki. She is a "Keeper" and should be recognized as an example for all to follow.
