Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital- Jeddah
Jeddah
Saudi Arabia
I don't know how, but she was able to calm her down and control her emotions in a thoughtful and professional way and she began conversing with my sister and trading with her until her condition improved, at which point she rushed to the doctor.
Fakeeh Hospital was and still is the best among its competitors, and I especially thank Dr. Mazen Suleiman Fakeeh for his good choice of staff who work for the hospital. And each time of our visit, they demonstrate their superior reliability—not just in Jeddah but also in the Kingdom. I particularly like the nurse leader's careful selection of the nursing team, which only shows how concerned they were about patient safety.
And speaking of my most recent encounter. Knowing that my visits are always scheduled because we live outside of Jeddah, I went to the psychiatric clinic with my ailing sister, may God heal her, and all other Muslim patients. It was a walk-in visit. A nice and compassionate nurse welcomed us and handled our issue with professionalism and authority. Understanding that it is challenging to visit a doctor without an appointment and recognizing my sister's urgent need to see a doctor due to her suicidal attempts and her poor health. My sister was very uncooperative and started screaming and uttering inappropriate words, and the situation became out of control, but with her intelligence and skill, she dealt with the situation. I don't know how, but she was able to calm her down and control her emotions in a thoughtful and professional way and she began conversing with my sister and trading with her until her condition improved, at which point she rushed to the doctor. I'm in awe of her ability to handle such a situation with such professionalism and skill. This indicates an invaluable talent in managing this type of patient population.
I want to express my sincere gratitude and admiration for her. I also want to thank the entire staff of the Psychiatry Clinics for their excellent work.
