I am writing this letter of sincere appreciation for RN Sunny Atkinson. I had mastectomy surgery and was very fortunate to have her care. She immediately made me feel cared for.
Sunny really was and is exceptional! When we met, she greeted me with a genuine smile. She had the talent to foresee my needs and superb attention to detail. Sunny was kind, patient, and experienced. She went above by ensuring she had her full PPE gear on! Although going through this type of surgery has been one of the most difficult procedures - having had exceptional care provided by Sunny made the experience more bearable and less painful. And because she had full PPE, gave me peace of mind! She's outstanding!
Please commend this great nurse! She was the hero who helped me while I was down and now that I'm feeling better would like for her to be recognized.
