Not only did Susan help a patient's wife to navigate the medical system in a foreign country (visiting from France), she also offered to give her a ride to a hotel. When Susan could not find this woman a suitable place to stay, she took her home and treated her like family. It has been four days and she is still helping her through this journey, giving her rides to and from the hospital from her house. All of this and the patient's wife does not speak any English at all. Susan has a heart of gold.
