Sushmita has been my brother’s daytime nurse for two days. She has done an excellent job taking care of all his many needs and doing so with professionalism, patience, calmness, and genuine care. If Sushmita said she would do something, she always followed through on it. We could all count on her. That dependability meant a great deal to all of us. Another ability of hers is to read the situation and respond sensitively. I also saw Sushmita collaborating with her team very well and not putting undue pressure on anyone, including herself. I’m very grateful for her care.

My wife's medical condition made it difficult to communicate with her and administer care and medication. It was very challenging to take care of my wife. Sushmita was very patient and took her time to communicate with my wife, trying different angles suitable to my wife's social and cultural background, relating to her situation, making her feel comfortable, calmed her down while making sure that the hospital's standards of care are not violated or compromised. She was very creative and, with my permission and knowledge, used innovative methods of administering medication to her. Her engagement with my wife went above and beyond her normal call of duty, and her spirit of innovation demonstrated her desire to persist in attaining the goal of any hospital - to leave no stone unturned in making the patient healthy as soon as possible. We wish her all the best in her personal and professional life!
