My wife had a pelvis surgery. After surgery, we were located in Jones Pavilion for recovery. We were paired up with Suzie. It was a match made for a great recovery process. My wife was 4 months post-delivery and still nursing; and Suzie had an infant as well. My wife had many concerns about her recovery process, breastfeeding, medicine and related topics of such high importance to young moms. Suzie attended to all our needs, even making ice runs to keep our pumped breast milk cooler chilled. She brought an honest and relatable personality to our experience that really helped, since we are in a very different stage of life than the majority of the patients here. Suzie really maximized the experience for us and helped us through a difficult time.
