Suzanne Ha has been working at LAC+USC Medical Center since 2011. She started in 3C Ob/Gyn and then transferred to 4C Neuroscience ICU. She successfully completed critical care training. Suzanne is one of our super-users for ORCHID. She has been very efficient in this role. Her co-workers were very grateful and commented that Suzanne's assistance during the period of transition to the new ORCHID system was instrumental. She is always pleasant. She continues attending the ORCHID super-user meetings and keeps her co-workers and the management team updated on all the changes. Suzanne likes to be involved and she participates in many unit-based initiatives; she occasionally is assigned as relief charge nurse. She works well with patients, their families, the multidisciplinary health care team, and her peers.Suzanne is a devoted daughter to her parents. Currently Suzanne is working on her degree in nursing leadership.
