Sylvia Collins is an extraordinary nurse who really cares about people. My husband was on a trip in Florida and became very ill and had to be hospitalized at Cape Canaveral for 3 weeks. CMC-Northeast got me in touch with Sylvia and she helped get him transferred to CMC-Northeast. She said to call her when we got 1 hour from Concord and I did. She had everything ready. The ER was waiting, doctors were waiting and had him a bed. We did not have to wait at all. I called her one day from Florida crying because I just didn’t know what to do. She said, don’t worry, just let me handle everything and she did.

This is why our hospital is a 5 star…because of Sylvia Collins. She is a very outstanding role model and she really wants to help her patients.
