I am writing to nominate Tahler Cambriello for the DAISY Award in recognition of her outstanding nursing leadership and exceptional dedication to patient care and her colleagues. I have had the pleasure of working alongside Tahler at Phelps as Med/Surg Nurses and have personally benefited from her support and guidance.
 
Tahler's journey from PCA to RN to ICU ANM and then Manager at Phelps is a testament to her unwavering commitment to nursing excellence. She embodies the qualities of a true leader, inspiring those around her with her knowledge, compassion, and unwavering support. 
 
Tahler is a wealth of information and readily shares her expertise with colleagues. She takes initiative, anticipates challenges and proactively seeks solutions. She is always available to lend a helping hand, regardless of how busy she is. Even though Tahler was never my direct manager, I always felt comfortable approaching her with any issue or clinical question as do others. She consistently provides thoughtful guidance and support, creating a safe and trusting environment.
 
Beyond her clinical expertise, Tahler demonstrates exceptional compassion for her patients. Her dedication to their well-being is evident in her interactions and the respect she earns from patients and colleagues alike. She is a true friend and advocate for her staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
 
Tahler's dedication, compassion, and leadership have made a significant positive impact on the ICU and the broader hospital community. She is a true inspiration and a deserving recipient of the DAISY Nurse Leader Award.
