It is indeed my privilege to document here my experiences and observations during my six days in Neuro with Talia Adams, RN.
Ms. Adams has shown a pristine quality of professional care and exemplary customer service while exuding a very personable demeanor.
As you most certainly are aware - she is well diversified in her career. I became aware of her diversity after my inquiries (occupational hazard). Myself a psychotherapist of more than 35 years, know of what I speak and what it takes to be successful.
My comments above are continuous emotional support, providing education in a myriad of facets of the recovery process, taking the time to help orchestrate my ability (through g.f.) to secure injectable medicine that I take on Saturdays to facilitate energy levels. Most people may have said, "I can't do anything" and this is clearly seen as "steps above and beyond." This med was ultimately passed through the pharmacy, which could have been ordered but taken days.
I can't say enough in support of this fine nurse and I sure hope that you do not lose her.
