Talia demonstrates all the criteria that distinguish the DAISY Award Nurse. She truly goes above and beyond! An example that highlights this was when one of her patients received a phone call that her two children had been in an accident and were on the way to the hospital. Talia reacted quickly to comfort and calm the distraught patient, getting additional details, mobilizing support and coverage and staying at the patient's side, praying with the patient. Talia listens with her heart and cares for the whole patient. We are so very fortunate to work with her and to honor her with this award!
