During my husband's stay at University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Tamara Betancort cared for him for three consecutive days. During this time Tamara was very caring and concerned for his comfort. She did the best to see that all of his needs were met. At the start of the stay he had difficulty with his words and Tamara was extremely patient with him and would not rush him in any way to find his words. She took her time to work through his thoughts. Tamara also kept me up to date on all tests that were complete and what medications he was given. She kept me informed of all the doctors on call and who I could expect to speak with. Tamara is very soft spoken but direct and we thanked her for her care. I felt very comfortable having him in Tamara's care. She was very sweet and kind and always had a smile on her face when she entered the room. She was plain old excellent.
