Tammy was very patient, courteous, and considerate during a very traumatic time for me. She listened carefully to my concerns and addressed my concerns efficiently. Tammy went above and beyond to address my needs and made appropriate referrals. Tammy was very thoughtful and I extend my appreciation to her and the staff caring for me on the BHU. When she was on duty, I felt safe. Tammy was attentive during the medical exam and she also completed a physical exam and identified very important pathological changes. I recommend her as a recipient of the DAISY Award during this period.
