Tanisha cares for and about the patients. What's going on with them, physically, mentally, and what they need done. Her relationships with the patients are amazing. They love to have her as their caregiver.
Tanisha is a great teacher for the patients. She seems to do the caring with a song in her heart. She never waivers from what she needs to do.She treats all the veterans with the utmost respect, dignity, and caring. Her work is done impeccably and completely. She assists the rest of the staff she is working with, even when she is not assigned to them. She does not let a fellow team member drown in their work.
Tanisha seems to show up and save the day. She treats the staff with respect and dignity, always caring and looking out for them. I have to say that, after working with and knowing her, I have yet to see her upset; she continually maintains that atmosphere of determination and calm to complete her assigned duties and maintain order.
