My brothers and I are blessed to have had Ms. Tarlisha take care of our father. My father became very ill weeks ago and had to have a chest tube placement, and Tarlisha was the only nurse who showed us that she really cared about what was going on with my father. She noticed a change in him and immediately contacted the appropriate staff who intervened and saved my dad's life all because of a very small but important detail that was caught by Tarlisha, again we would like to thank her for going above and beyond because it really takes someone special.

My husband was a patient on unit 5 for an issue with the healing of his pacemaker issue, and a surgical procedure needed to place a new pacemaker. We've had many nurses come in and out of my husband's room, but his nurse, Tarlisha, took excellent care of him. She was the one who made my husband smile even through all the pain and adversity that he was going through. She encouraged my husband to continue fighting and not give up, and things will get better. She was at my husband's every beck and call and did not show any frustration or annoyance at all; instead, she kept that smile and continued to take care of him while also asking if I was ok. Healthcare needs more nurses like Tarlisha.

T is nothing short of an Angel. My wife and I were amazed at how attentive and nice she was to us. T answered all of my questions and came in the room plenty of times to assist me with using the restroom because I couldn't do it on my own. I never saw her mad or frustrated, and she kept a smile on her face each time. I told her I know how busy it is and I hate asking for help all the time and she looked at me and smiled then said it's ok I'm here for you I'm here to do whatever it is you need me to do because I want you to heal and get better. My wife and I both looked at each other in awe because we'd never heard a nurse be so nurturing.

I don't know where to begin, but I will start by saying that this nurse had a beautiful soul and such positive energy. From the first time she introduced herself to me, I knew she was a special one, meaning someone that Jesus has called to do his work. Ms T was so friendly, kind, and gentle with me, and even my husband bragged about her care and kindness during my stay. I worked in health systems years ago, and things have changed a lot, and not for the best, but having Ms. T as a nurse makes me feel like there are still some good nurses out there who truly care about their patients. She took care of all of my needs and checked on me constantly. She also made sure that my husband had food to eat.
